Rum Crown

Wadi Rum and the beautiful view from my room was soo beautiufl. The lovely manager was brilliant and thoughtful and an incredible cook. Very thoughtful.

The extra costs to travel anywhere to or from the property. No wifi in the room unfortunately. but grateful for the peacefulness

hospitable hosts great jeep tour excellent food nice view in the room authentic atmosphere

cold at night in January, which is normal for the location, but we had extra blankets

Even with 2 small children it was really comfortable and well-equipped. Everyone at Rum Crown was extremely friendly and helpful. A lifelong experience for sure!

On time pick up. Great dinner. Lovely sunset. A camel ride was arranged for us and arrived promptly.

The staff were sleeping outside around the fire pit when we came back from our camel ride at sunrise. When we woke them up we got a very chilly reception; it seemed that the cook was annoyed to have to make coffee and rather than make some fresh, he poured coffee from a carafe from the previous day, and then went back to sleep. There were still dishes and a mess on the tables from the previous night. Really a turn off. We left immediately. Staff need to be a bit more professional and act less like they are at summer camp. The morning was saved by the good graces of the driver who was super friendly and helpful.
