Leeward Manor

The apartment was comfy and conveniently located. All appliances worked as they should. The heated pool was nice, clean and located right outside our door. Quiet neighborhood. A five minute walk to the beach. Close to a grocery store and restaurants. Minutes from Corpus.

We had a problem with the keyless entry the first night but we eventually got in with telephone help from Vacasa. The property manager fixed the problem the next morning. 10 digit keyless entry door codes are excessive and burdensome to the users and potentially deters occupants from locking the door each time they leave.

The place was very clean, spacious, decorated appropriately for the family environment. We had all the amenities and most of the supplies we needed. It was a wonderful place and worked perfectly for my family! It has a great location and we felt completely safe in the area! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

We had nothing really negative about the place to say. A few more supplies could have been left to be used. For example, trash bags, we only had 1 bag left for several people for a 5 day stay. However, that was very quickly corrected. Also, the lighting in a bedroom closet was completely out and we could not see in there to use that area, but we just shared the other closet instead.

Property was awesome!!! Everything was exactly what we wanted and needed!!!

The layout of the condo is nice. Spacious. Beautifully decorated. Cozy

It wasn't properly cleaned before we arrived. Some examples, the balcony table was dirty. The previous guest left their lighter, cigare ttes box and chewed gum on the table. The floors under the beds had remnants of previous guests and lots of dust. There were no enforcement of rules at the pool. People were eating in the pool. Food floated by us. It was disgusting. I alerted the host about the cleaning issues. I received a message that I would receive a phone call to discuss the cleaning issues. I never received a call.
