About this apartment rental
Welcome to Village By the Beach. "Ocean Breeze" is decorated with fun beach themed decorations. We have 55" HDTV in main living room. Each bedroom has 43" HDTV. The living area is nice to relax and watch a show or just to visit. The dining area is located on main floor. It has furnished kitchen, washer & dryer, sofa sleeper, bathroom has shower and furnished towels. The master bedroom, on main floor, has king bed, dresser, and 2 closets. Upstairs there are 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Also the entry way to balcony. On the balcony you will find 4 adirondack chairs with tables that look over the pool. Balcony is covered. Unit is located by poolside. It has a private patio that over looks pool. At night the heated pool steals the show with its color changing lights. There is an overhead fountain and a separate kiddie pool with changing lights. There are BBQ grills in pool area plus 6 other grills on sight.

Condo was decorated so cute with very nice furniture and linens, however it needs a deep cleaning. The down stairs has a king size bed and two cots. The cots are not big enough for adults or older teens. They would be fine for smaller framed individuals. This property doesn't have an ocean view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay after I tidied up some.

Location was awesome however property needs some TLC. dishwasher didn’t work properly and cleaning crew needs to have paid more attention to having it ready for new paying family. A lot of money to have to hand wash dishes and find soap for bathrooms. No extra paper towels on hand either. But having the pool right outside the door and the beach 5 min away was great.
