Circle on Cavill Sub Penthouse w/ 4 bedrooms

Location is incredible to shopping and food places as well as the beach. The views were outstanding. Our host was very responsive and we appreciated all his assistance.

There were some maintenance issues some we addressed ourselves. The PM did attempt to address this with short term solutions.

The location was wonderful, the painthouse was spacious with excellent building facilities, and the owner/property manager was readily available and friendly. 

Only two sets of keys were provided for a four-bedroom apartment, making coordination among the five of us somewhat difficult, as building access required a fob. Many of the towels were quite worn and unsuitable for use. The kitchen could benefit from better equipment, particularly sharper knives; those provided were difficult to use. A blender would be a great addition. One of the master bedroom curtains was off its track, and the other did not close properly, causing problems at night due to outside lights and early morning glare, which affected our sleep. The master bedroom TV remote control was dead, and no spare batteries were available. The blind on the balcony door was broken, and we had to manually pull it up to be able to gain access to the balcony.

Everything. Location, view, size of the apartment which was nicely styled, beds were comfortable and loved the large balcony

I think it would have been nice to have some pool towels in the room.

The views were very good

There was not enough keys, only 2 for 7 people staying in the apartment - especially as you needed a fob to even enter the building. Facilities were pretty worn and old eg rusted bins. The curtains in the master room did not work/ the door in the bathroom was hanging off. Poor instructions for aircon and WiFi - communication with host was very poor
