Asukoht on hea, korter on korralik. Maja on natuke väsinud kuid korter oli korralikult remonditud.
Korter vajaks natuke sagedasemat ja hoolsamat puhastust. Lauanõusid võiks ka uuendada.

Korteri asukoht oli suurepärane. Paari minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel olid nii Maxima kui ka Coop poed. Randa jalutada oli 5-7 minutit. Arvestame peab, et korter asub 3-ndal korrusel. Väga tore oli ka see, et maja ees oli tasuta parkimine. Hinna ja kvaliteedisuhe väga paigas.
Olin reisil koos kaaslasega aga magamistoas on ainult 1 kohaline voodi. Igal õhtul pidime lahti tegema elutoa diivani. Magamistuba kasutamise ainult riiete hoiustamiseks.

Armas korter heas asukohas, kontserdipaik, rand, poed jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Vastuvõtt isiklik ja väga meeldiv, kontakti oli lihtne saada, tuleksin veel.
Välisukse avamise süsteem kortermajast väljudes tõrkus korduvalt, see on vajalik lahendada terve maja haldaja poolt, tekitab külastajas ärevust ja takistusi. Köögis võiks lisaks soolale olla ka pipar. :)
