Getting along with the administrator was fluent. The apartment has some good parts like enjoyable art, hot water, bathtub curtain, work desk, a suitable chair for that, a suitable bed fully prepared. During the first two nights, it was also silent and therefore good for sleeping. There is a clean and working fridge and enough other kitchenware. The apartment offers tea and somebody had also left something to eat which I did not do yet. The apartment is clean. Supermarkets are five minutes away and my bus stop was two minutes away. Not for a single moment I smelled some smoke and I am very sensible to it. I could sleep well except the last night. There are enough towels.

In 2025, it is a non-written standard that there is a high-speed Internet connection available. Unfortunately, there is none and even the cell network is pretty slow. The apartment is renovated with some new mostly primitive things that break up easily: for instance, the ceiling is covered by foam tiles, maybe for sound and heat insulation however it is wearing off and somebody had also tried to fix it with an office tape. Beautiful new parts mix with old worn-off-parts. For instance, there is a beautiful painting over a whole door of the dorm room however other inner doors look old and even that one is tired and does not stay closed. The toilet flush is not powerful enough. I had to remove the cover and fill it by shower. During the last night approximately until 4 a.m., some neighbors were yelling at each other, watching television and listening to music loud so that it disturbed my sleep. And it was a night between a Thursday and a Friday in September. The towels smell after washing powder or softener or something like that.
