Beautiful but very minimalistically furnished and equipped apartment

Apartment is very tastefully but very minimalistically furnished. The location of the apartment is nice in a residential area and you don't have to walk too far to the beach or to the main center in Wenduine.

There were not enough hooks to hang things on. There were no bedside lamps in the children's bedrooms. Unfortunately there were no sheets, bed linen or bath towels provided. The owners wanted €20 per person for these, even for our young children. This was not clear when we booked and we thought it was included. After a long back and forth with the owner, we saw that it was mentioned somewhere hidden below, but not in the main description of the apartment. This is a very hard price to pay when you are only there for 2 nights. There were also no towels or soap in the bathroom, which should be standard. Everything felt like the bare minimum. The garage, which is empty, is also not included and you have to park outside the garage (fits in with my comment above). You also have to take care of the rubbish yourself, considering the price is quite high. The house is very noisy. Unfortunately, the kitchen utensils and crockery were still very dirty from the previous tenant and we had to wash them again by hand (there was 1 dish washer tab provided only).

The location is great, in a quiet street, 10min walking distance from everything (beach, tramway, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, playground/mini golf ...). The flat is perfect for a family of 4.

Minor points: 1) We had to bring our own bedsheets, which were too small. However, the host kindly offered to help with this. 2) Stairs dangerous for todlers.

Nieuw ruim appartement, rustige buurt.

Niet opgewarmd, terwijl het koud was buiten. Verwarmen ging zeer traag, kon blijkbaar op afstand door de eigenaar sneller . Aangeboden parking aan 30 euro bleek overbodig, want gratis parkeren op straat voor de deur

Dreckig, es wurde nicht geputzt und nach der Reklamation und Reinigung war es immer noch nicht wirklich sauber; keine Liebe zum Detail oder Bilder an den Wänden; keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher, Toilettenpapier etc.; sehr hellhörig

Es wurde leider nicht geputzt aber die Vermieter waren so nett und haben uns die Reinigungsgebühr erstattet, somit war es fantastisch! Sehr nette Vermieter, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar! Es war wirklich eine sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir können es jedem weiter empfehlen! Vielen dank

Heel mooi appartement, goed onderhouden en zeer proper. Duidelijke info op voorhand (bv over sleutel)

Goed gecommuniceerd op voorhand, maar jammer dat je alles zelf moet voorzien van lakens, handdoeken. Prijs ligt dan toch aan de hoge kant. Optie tot parkeren op de oprit; maar dan moeten bij betalen, was ook niet helemaal zoals we zouden verwachten.

Mooi, modern appartement vlakbij de zee

het was een zeer ruim appartement, ook de slaapkamers zijn ruim met goede bedden. Is een mooi en modern appartement dat dicht bij de zee is gelegen. Alles is aanwezig , genoeg materiaal om iets klaar te maken, grote ijskast. Badkamer met ligbad en aparte douche en dubbele lavabo. Genoeg ruimte om je spullen weg te zetten. Er kan 5 man logeren maar het is zelf groot genoeg voor meer mensen. Vlakbij winkels en restaurants en de tram. Je kan koffie zetten met een koffieset of er is ook een nescafe (cups) aanwezig.

niets Tip voor bezoekers neem onderlakens mee die over dikke matrassen kunnen.

Idéal pour les familles, parfaitement situé

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans Wenduine, assez éloigné du tram pour ne pas l'entendre mais à moins de 10 minutes de la plage. Parfait pour les familles avec enfants, tout est pensé pour nous accueillir convenablement (chaise pour enfant, lit de bébé, une baignoire et une douche pour plus de facilité...). Il y a de la place pour se garer dans les rues adjacentes mais un emplacement de parking peut être réservé. Nous recevons toutes les informations nécessaires pour que le séjour se passe bien (règlement intérieur, infos pour les poubelles, prospectus et agenda avec les attractions et activités aux alentours...)

Nous devons prévoir nos draps de lit (ce qui est bien précisé dans l'annonce et rappelé quelques jours avant notre arrivée). Cependant, je n'ai pas vu que le double lit faisait 180cm. Nous avons donc dû aller acheter un drap :)

Wenig oder keine Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Kann sehr warm werden, weil kein sonnenschutz an den großen Fenstern im Wohnzimmer.

Prijs-kwaliteit prima, ruimtelijk, mooi uitgerust en op wandelafstand van het strand

Vlotte communicatie met de gastheer. Zeer ruimtelijk, modern, goed uitgerust appartement. Alles werkte naar behoren en het appartement was spik en span. Het inchecken ging ook makkelijk.

Constructieve tip: - de private parking achteraan het gebouw is zeer handig maar er is niet aangeduid op welke spot je effectief mág parkeren (gedeeld met andere eigenaars). De eigenaar was wel snel responsief toen we de vraag stelden.

Een heel fijn en net appartement. Goed uitgerust en badkamer met bad, heerlijk. Het appartement heeft alles voor een topweekendje aan zee.

Stil der Einrichtung, gute Kaffeemaschine, Gemütlichkeit & Komfort, tolle Lage der Wohnung außerhalb des Trubels und trotzdem fußläufig alles erreichbar, gute Dusche, gemütliches Doppelbett, schön viel Platz überall, gute Parkplatzsituation

Lückenhafte Küchenausstattung, keinerlei Türdichtung, daher nicht leise schließbar (in einem sehr hellhörigen Haus), kein WLAN verfügbar (oder es wird nicht mitgeteilt), Hochbett nur mit rudimentärem Rausfallschutz (nur für ältere Kinder geeignet), sehr wenig Stauraum in den Badezimmern, teils weder Seife noch Handtuchhaken vorhanden, Treppe in der Wohnung ohne Geländer (nur für ältere Kinder geeignet), Stauraum im Keller roch eher moderig (würde dort nichts verstauen wollen), auch auf Anfrage gab es keine Angaben zur Größe der vorliegenden Bettdecken (besonders ärgerlich, wenn man dadurch die falsche Bettwäschengröße mitbringt)
