Apartament 3 cam Grand Arena

The location is very convenient. It is in a relatively quiet area, while supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and other shops are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is clean and peaceful, and having a private parking space was a great advantage. The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine, kitchen utensils and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were a group of six people and we all had enough space and felt comfortable throughout our stay.

We stayed during the summer when the outside temperature was close to 40°C. Unfortunately, the apartment became very hot during the day, making it uncomfortable at times. An air conditioner would make a huge difference. I believe guests would even be willing to pay a slightly higher price if the apartment were equipped with air conditioning.

The best thing about this apartment was that the host and hostess went out of their way to help us. My mother-in-law had a medical emergency and they arranged an ambulance for us. They then came by to make sure that we could communicate with the paramedics, since the hostess speaks English well and we do not speak any Romanian. Additionally, the apartment is wheelchair accessible, ramp by the ground floor entrance and an elevator big enough to accommodate. The apartment itself is very new and the beds are very comfortable. It was clean and there were plenty of clean towels and some other amenities such as shampoo. The kitchen has modern appliances and cooking utensils, and there is secure above-ground parking. The neighborhood is nice with all new, modern buildings. There is a small grocery store and good Italian restaurant 100 m from the building.

We were just passing through Bucharest and had other priorities than sight-seeing, but the apartment is not close to the historical part of town. The apartment was very nice but "shotgun" style, so that to get to the back bedroom you have to pass through the middle bedroom. It is fine for a family though. One caveat if using Google Maps, the building is on a one way street and Google Maps didn't know - it took us a few minutes to figure out how to reroute to avoid going down a one was street.
