Rather cheap considering other options in the area.

Bowls could be useful in the kitchen, couldn't get the TV to work and the apartment was a bit too warm. Otherwise, the apartment itself is fine, BUT my biggest gripe is about the building itself. The corridor smells pretty bad and the neighbors are really noisy - a howling dog and during the last night there were loud banging noises in the corridor, like something is falling. 4 times too many at 11pm and I had to call the police. If it doesn't bother anyone, I guess you get what you pay for.

the dirty building, the sheets had a huge hole in it, it was anesthetic, lack of electricity in the electrical outlet in the kitchen, it was too hot

cheap toilet paper, one towel set not enough for two guests, fan above stove needs more cleaning. Beyond the owners control but an apartment above was being renovated starting too early on Saturday morning

Good

There were garbage left in the door and kitchen, towels were dirty. Looked like the previous guest just walked out. The building is in horrible condition felt like i am in a ghetto. But after you clean up its an ok apartment, good wifi and great price! The water boiler was brand new! And location is also great!
