Really great staff, beautiful apartments, quiet but really great cafe and roof top bar nearby.
Location is a bit far out, spent quite a lot of money on taxis which we didn’t budget for. The roads were in quite bad condition when we were there so it meant that cycling was quite difficult especially after it got dark. Not the hotels fault but something to consider budgeting for.

The hotel is really beautifully designed and we loved our room!
The location isn’t near any major areas of Tulum and taxis were very expensive. The staff also wasn’t very knowledgeable about different activities or ways to get around.
