The apartments itself were OK.

We had booked two adjacent studio apartments for 4 people. When we arrived, only 1 of 4 beds was made. The other 3 beds had no spreadsheets on them, with dirty laundry lying in front of them on the floor. Also there were only clean towels for 1 person. After we called the owner, the cleaning lady came while we were at dinner to make the beds. When we returned from dinner, the beds were made but there were still only clean towels for 2 people. We had to call the owner again and find some towels ourselves in a cuboard. This was at about 10pm on Friday night - not the way you want to start your vacation. When we arrived also the wifi didn't work - we had to investigate ourselves why - in the end it turned out that the router wasn't plugged in. One lamp didn't work - it turned out it was plugged in into a power outlet that didn't work. Also, the hairdryers in both apartments had a EU-plug but only in one of the 2 apartments was a EU-CH adapter. When we asked the owener about the Saastal-Card which according to the Touristbuero we were entitled to - no answer anymore.
