Xenios Dias Boutique Hotel

The location and mountain views can not be beat. The rooms are clean and well looked after. The balcony is a relaxing spot looking out across a valley with various bars hidden in the forest and river below. The staff are friendly, and the owner bakes all the pastries etc himself. The outdoor restaurant / bar at the front of the hotel is a great spot to sit and watch the world go by. There is a taxi rank immediately outside to head of to the beaches or to restaurants up the mountain, and you are in the centre of town for any shopping, ambling, hiking that you want to do

It can get a little loud at night with the bars across town etc, but that will be the same most places in town

This hotel and the small town of Litochoro were absolutely lovely. The rooms were spacious, beatifull, with attentions to details. We had espresso machines in the rooms, kettle, etc. The lobby is wonderful. The host was very kind.

Our stay was spoilt by being taken to the wrong address by Google Maps. We spent three quarters of an hour winding round narrow lanes in the upper part of town holding up a lot of other traffic. The owner said he has been in touch with Google Maps to try and correct the address. Not his fault but he could have messaged us (as many hotels do) the day before to send directions and tell us not to trust Google Maps.

A wonderful small boutique hotel, located just in front of Mt. Olympus - with great views to wake up in the morning. The hotel has a boutique touch, with all utilities and amenities in the room. We had 3 rooms over for 2 nights - all were clean and comfy. The owner is a very nice and helpful man.

Nothing specific that we didn't like. Perhaps breakfast could be richer with e.g., variety of fresh vegetables, omelets.

Breakfast was poor but good coffee. Once somebody in town turned on music at 3 am and it was audible.

Beautiful facility, it seems brand new, and located in the heart of town in the circle of St. Nicholas church where you can walk to everything. The lobby/bar area was contemporary Greek in style with an attractive working fireplace and scented of fresh vanilla deliciousness. The security system was electronic and SMART. View of the Olympus mountain range's Enipeas crevasse was excellent from room balcony. The room service menus were targeted and sensible for travelers. WIFI service was approved by the child for speed and consistency. The bar in hotel lobby was clean and stocked. The manager was on the property nearly all the time. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet style breakfast was basic Euro travel with assortments of cereals, dried and fresh fruits, nuts, fruit preserves, yogurt, cold cuts, assorted croissants, an egg selection and one hot meat. Tea and coffee were provided from the bar and served piping hot. The hot chocolate was world class. At no time did we feel pressure to rush through breakfast or our stay. Rooms were super clean and maintained. We were in a triple room with balcony which was perfectly sized for us. There was a coffee/espresso and tea bar gratis. For Americans, the beds were a little low to the ground, but they were comfy and clean with pillows that weren't small and squishy like the other Euro properties we had visited. There was modern stocked mini bar with snacks for purchase that, just like in America, are on sensors. Do not touch unless you are buying. There was also an option for a suite with a functional fireplace, which we should have taken, maybe next time. For a tiny village in Europe, this property was run like a major brand like Hilton or Hyatt. If I lived more locally, I would use this hotel as my weekend getaway go to without question.

The biggest problem I had was that the hdmi inputs on the tv didn't work, but I believe it was the tv model type and not an issue of being broken. Also, the shower is boutique sized which was my problem only. My family didn't have a problem with it, just me.

Comfy beds, warm room (ideal now in winter conditions), hot water, very polite staff, strong wifi. What more could you ask?

Breakfast humble but enough and tasty

The location is easy to find and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed in a suite facing the mountain. No other hotel was blocking the view of the mountain, so all we could see was the mountain. The room was very clean and decorated well. It has a nice size balcony that you can comfortably sit and soak in the surroundings. The water pressure was excellent and the walls are well insulated where we couldn’t hear the people in the rooms beside us. The breakfast was just as good as everything else at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can tell that you truly care about your hotel and customers!!
