Great location , spacious, Amazing view . Well equipped
Nothing we didn’t like . But there were a few little wear and tare , marks /stains etc but nothing that really bothered us .
Fridge was leaking but still useable and still kept things cold . Loose screw on front window which made us worried to fully open incase hook fell off . Nothing major though . A bigger tv for the size of the room may make it slightly better too .

Wonderful find. View over the sea and the location for all facilities - bars, shops, outings etc - was perfect. The kitchen utensils all appeared new - very unusual to find this. So much helpful stuff was provided - teabags, coffee and even Himalayan salt. We had a smashing time reliving old haunts.
Maybe the beds could be a little more comfortable but no real complaint.

The location of the property was very good with easy on street parking ( no fee ) . There was a parking space provided but due to glass on the floor I decided to park on the street.
Close to the very good sandy Claremont Beach.
The first thing that you find is the very shabby, untidy and smelly entrance hallway and stairs. It was almost enough to make me want to walk away.
The apartment was a decent size, but if 4 people stayed no room to all relax as only seating for three !
I general the apartment could do with a complete make over as it looks tired and the attention to details in the paint work, woodworking, carpeting definitely needs looking at.
