Great sea views. Very close to beach and amusements. Lovely apartment with everything you could need and helpful host.
Not a major issue but would be good if the outer door of the building shut properly.

The location of the property was very good with easy on street parking ( no fee ) . There was a parking space provided but due to glass on the floor I decided to park on the street. Close to the very good sandy Claremont Beach.
The first thing that you find is the very shabby, untidy and smelly entrance hallway and stairs. It was almost enough to make me want to walk away. The apartment was a decent size, but if 4 people stayed no room to all relax as only seating for three ! I general the apartment could do with a complete make over as it looks tired and the attention to details in the paint work, woodworking, carpeting definitely needs looking at.
