Die Wohnung (4.Stock) war sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Bodensee war täglich das Highlight! Am Balkon den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben war sehr schön. Durch eine Unterführung gelang man schnell an den See und einer öffentlichen Liegewiese, wo man auch im See baden gehen kann. Für diese Lage ein wirklich guter Preis!
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Mehrere Staub- und Spinnweben in jeder Zimmerecke und eine nicht einladende Badewanne. Es fährt zwar direkt vor dem Gebäude die Bahn vorbei, jedoch ist es bei geschlossenen Fenster in der Nacht ertragbar. Die Küchenausstattung war überschaubar (z.B. nur 1 kleinen Tee-Löffel), jedoch war es für uns kein Problem, da wir nie gekocht haben (nur Frühstück selbst).

Die Aussicht war sehr gut.
Die Schlafzimmer sind auf der Strassenseite und der Autolärm ist störend, wenn die Fenster offen sind . (Fenster mussten offen sein, damir es einigermassen kühl war). Gegenüber war eine Baustelle mit viel Lärm.
