مطل الغرفة على المحيط خرافي. توفر الأجهزة الكهربائية( ثلاجة، مايكرويف، غلاية، فرن، أدوات الطهي و طقم سفرة) وجميعها في حالة ممتازة. اغطية الأسرة نظيفة ورائحتها جميلة. توفر موقف للسيارة. موظفو الاستقبال خدومين. اثاث غرفة الجلوس نظيف وبحالة جيدة. البلكونة مساحتها جيدة والحاجز الزجاجي نظيف وممتاز.
لايوجد أدوات النظافة ( فرش ومعجون اسنان، سليبرات، مناشف. سشوار ) المكيف لايتوفر له ريموت.

La vue sur la mer était très appréciable. La taille des appartements particulièrement grands (2 salles de bain pour les appartement avec 2 chambres), sa cuisine équipée, ses armoires, son salon. L’agréable odeur des appartements (de l’encens est diffusé avant votre arrivée, ce qui rend l’entrée dans les lieux très agréable). Le balcon et sa vue. La facilité de stationnement.
Pas simple à localiser mais il suffit de taper dans votre GPS « La Perla Mirbat » et vous arriverez exactement au bon endroit (le restaurant se trouvant au pied de l’immeuble). Le fait que la résidence soit excentrée. Notez qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais d’un appart’hotel.
