Great hotel with the best location, clean rooms, and excellent service. I received a lovely room upgrade, which made my stay even better. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Arbaya and Shriraj for making my stay memorable!

1st time I book in resort and breakfast not included I paid for 8 days and cant change the hotel becuase the money not refundable Service not good, I ask to clean the room 10am and when I comeback 2pm the room still not cleaned and as per the staff was busy and even ask me if I can wait for 2 more hour and when I get mad he ask to clean it on spot I will never recommend this resort for anyone

Dear Agoda Team, I booked a stay at Salalah Beach Hotel through Agoda and selected twin beds and breakfast during the booking process. However, when I checked in, neither the twin-bed arrangement nor breakfast was included or mentioned in the hotel’s records. As a result, I had to pay separately for both the twin beds and breakfast at the reception. I am certain that I selected both options while making the booking, but this information was not provided to the hotel. I also checked my booking receipt, but these selections were not shown there. I am very disappointed and would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and clarify how these options were omitted from my booking. I would also like to request reimbursement for the additional charges I had to pay at the hotel. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response. Best regards,

Only thing was good was size of the room that’s it shower pressure is very very slow hotel reception have very bad smell staff not good very rude sometimes I will not go to that hotel again
