Daiwa Roynet Hotel Morioka Ekimae

It is located right next to JR Morioka Station, and there is a convenience store on the ground floor. The room was spotless, and the view from it was superb! The front desk staff were also very kind, ensuring a comfortable stay. Although I only stayed for one night this time, it was the kind of hotel where I would love to stay longer on a future visit.

I generally have a positive impression of the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Group, but I must express my disappointment with my experience this time. Firstly, I would like to commend the staff for their good English language skills. Communication was not an issue, and they were very helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the availability of skincare sets for both men and women and hot spring pack was a thoughtful touch. The option for a self-checkout also saved me a significant amount of time, which I appreciated. Furthermore, having a 7-Eleven on the premises was extremely convenient. Additionally, I was quite satisfied with the design of the bathroom in my room.

However, there were several issues that detracted from my overall satisfaction with the hotel. Despite being assigned a room on the 11th floor, which is the highest floor, I could still hear a considerable amount of noise. It seemed like the noise was coming from the room above, possibly from furniture being moved or walls being knocked on. Additionally, the noise from the street traffic disturbed the quality of my sleep, despite my use of earplugs. The double bed in the room was also excessively soft, and whenever my husband turned over, it caused discomfort for both of us. This made it impossible for us to rest properly.
