For me the value was absolutely the best part, we get a entire furnished home for 7$ more than a hotel and it provides so much more than any hotel ever would ! The home is just off I-55 and it's so quiet you could hear a mouse fart a 1/4 mile away. The home was clean, fully furnished with a tv in every room including bedrooms. The beds were soft and comfortable and quite honestly it felt like we were home !
I'm really trying to find something to complain about but honestly the only thing I wasn't able to do was use guest mode on the TVs to use our own streaming subscriptions to watch programs like Netflix and Disney Plus but we were able to still cast our phones to them and watch programs so....there really isn't anything to complain about!

Clean spacious comfy beds nice kitchen w/d.
Sofa and love seat are doa: very beat down, extra uncomfortable, felt metal bars of fold out thru cushion. All else was great.
