Our stay was great. Very private area 1 hr from New Orleans. Very clean and spacious. They have everything here already for you. The self check-in and check out is so smooth. We highly recommend this chateau for you and you family.

staying in a community with our team. kids were
able to play outside. lots of space for our family
to spread out and not be on top of each other like
we would have been in a hotel
it was in the middle of nowhere but was a short
commute to get to areas for shopping and
restaurants. we had no toilet paper the first night
but a friend let us borrow some from another Chateau.

I did not stay in chateau 11 was moved to 14 then to 4. The concept is great so are the prices.
The room was not very clean they had several holes in the walls where electrical outlets may have been. No operable smoke detectors just dangling wires and smelled like a cheap motel.
