Great location, lovely pool, nice and quiet. Very clean and everything you needed.

The only one thing that would put me off booking again is the mattress isn’t very comfortable at all but everything else is perfect.

The apartment was clean and functional. The master bed creak's, and needs to be renewed ASAP (confirm this has been done before booking). The apartment requires a full length mirror. As usual, insufficient sun beds by the pool, and no parasols, making time at the pool uncomfortable for British people who require shade. There is no bar or cafe on-site. A car is ideal, especially as there is underground parking. It is in walking distance (with no small children) to Lidle, restaurants, the marina (with restaurants) and the beach. The apartment and complex is perfect for a certain type of person/family, so I don’t want to criticise it. We did like it, however, next time we will choose somewhere less Spanish and more adapted to the British holiday maker. Contact with the letting agent was very good. In brief, you get what you see in the photos, no more, no less - you decide.

The master bed must be replaced - as I am sure it will be - and a full length mirror is required, which again, I am sure will be fitted.

Nice bright apartment but basic beds & furniture. Denia is wonderful but 25 mins into town so car is a must and parking is a pain in July. Nice pool but in 14 sunbeds for 140 apartments , could have been such a better stay with a bit of effort from owners.

Firstly address is incorrect on Google so spent ages trying to find it, no one to meet us with keys so 40 min wait on street and it was 31 degrees, apartment was lovely and bright but dirty balcony furniture, dusty doors and crockery, utensils and fridge smelt ? All has to be washed before use, 1 pillow per bed is basic and towels were tiny and rough and nowhere near enough, advertised as being near main part of Denia but a good 20-25 min walk so car essential. Owners could make so much more effort but everything was very basic and minimal. Wrong end of Denia,
