Superbly located 2 bedroom luxury apartment

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the sights. As the property was below street level it was very quiet. Parking options are close by.

Hot water was not operational when we arrived. This was recut within a few hours. The property stated there was a TV which there was not. The wifi internet was not operating and pictures were not on their hangers on the wall but sitting on the floor. It appears the property was being prepared for painting/renovations. Kitchen equipment and utensils were not very clean.

Superb location, lovely and clean, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, spacious.

The WiFi was not working and the phone reception was very poor in the apartment. I’m sure this will quickly be remedied and it would not put me off booking again as everything else was superb. Visitors with mobility issues may wish to know there are steps down to the apartment.

Great location in the center of Bath, near Cathedral and Roman Baths.

There was no tv? Not that we go away to watch telly but it would have been nice when we had some downtime. As apt is in the basement we were unable to open a window for some fresh air.

Excellent location very comfortable beds and pillows

No hot water and the landlord did not reply to my calls. When we arrived the heating was also not working. The landlord responded quickly, sent his maintenance man who couldn’t fix it so he sent a plumber very quickly who fixed the problem. Unfortunately we didn’t notice the not water wasn’t working until later that evening. We contacted the landlord the following morning but he didn’t reply. Such a shame as I was hoping previous reviews about his response to issues was going to be wrong. We did not hot water throughout our stay. The issue was the water ran too hot for about 8-10 seconds which would cause the boiler to cut out for ages. We explained this in the message too.
