Everything was as described! Comfortable self check-in and check-out ☺️ it’s in ~10-15 min driving from Toptani and other central locations, the area is safe, calm and there’re enough shops / bars / restaurants ☺️ Thank you!

The friendly host, makes everything possible. The place is in good location, everything around, if you want to go to town center you have many options of busses or taxis are very cheal, even walking is not that far 30 minutes walk in a very good view of the city. Many places to eat around, bars and some pubs also stay unti late and have all kind of drinks, and nice waiter service.

Only one neighbour who kept asking many questions, where are you from, what are you doing here, and she needed all the information possible, but she was at her 80s so fairly understood.

Great communication! The instructions for check in are super clear. Everyone was always very responsive. The room was clean and everything worked properly.

The room is advertised as having a private bathroom. This is not true, the bathroom is outside, not in the room. Also, there is no shower curtain so when one showers the floor is super messy.

We recently had a pleasant stay at this property and would like to highlight some positive aspects of our experience. From the beginning, the host was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our check-in time. They provided us with a keylock for easy and convenient access upon arrival, allowing us to settle in without any delays or complications. One of the standout features of our stay was the host's excellent communication. They were always available and responsive, answering our queries promptly on WhatsApp. We never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a reply, which greatly contributed to a smooth and hassle-free experience. Their availability around the clock ensured that we felt supported and attended to throughout our stay. We were also pleased to have access to a washing machine during our time at the property. This convenience allowed us to take care of our laundry needs without the hassle of finding a laundromat or relying on other alternatives. It's always a bonus to have such amenities available for guests. The first night at the property was particularly enjoyable as it was calm and peaceful. While the room did tend to get a bit hot, we discovered that using the wind propeller provided some relief. It's worth noting that during our stay, we did not experience any significant disturbances or noise issues, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The property also offered a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and stove, although we did not have the opportunity to utilize these facilities. However, it's worth mentioning that having access to these amenities can be advantageous for guests who prefer to prepare their meals or store food during their stay. Furthermore, the property's proximity to the city center was a definite plus. Thanks to the availability of cheap public transport, we could quickly and easily reach the city center, allowing us to explore various attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

We recently stayed at this property and would like to share our experience, expressing some concerns that arose during our stay. While we understand that the price was affordable, there were a few issues that significantly impacted our comfort and overall satisfaction. Unfortunately, we suspect that the room we stayed in had a bed bug infestation. In addition to the bites my girlfriend discovered on her body, we both experienced persistent itching and a sensation of crawling on our skin during the night. These symptoms strongly resembled those associated with bed bug bites. We highly recommend the hosts to address this issue promptly by thoroughly inspecting and treating the mattresses and taking appropriate measures to eliminate any potential bed bugs. Furthermore, we found the cleanliness of the entire accommodation to be lacking. There were noticeable areas throughout the room that were not adequately cleaned, and the overall condition of the furniture appeared aged and worn. We understand that the standards may differ from those in Western Europe, but it was apparent that the furniture was not in good shape, with noticeable cracks and gaps in various corners of the room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also subpar. It is important to emphasize that these concerns are based on our personal standards and expectations. However, considering the affordable price of the accommodation, we believe it is essential for guests to have a comfortable and clean environment. While we recognize that the price may be a trade-off for certain amenities, maintaining cleanliness and addressing potential pest issues should remain a priority. In conclusion, our experience at this property was overshadowed by concerns regarding a possible bed bug infestation and the overall cleanliness of the room. We urge the hosts to take immediate action to address these issues to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of future guests.
