Mold in master bath shower. Television network sucked. No propane in grill

Close to beach, great balcony in front, air conditioning was great, comfortable and roomy, great layout and everyone was comfortable!
Back porches on both levels unusable - no furniture, dirty, or furniture was in tatters. We were really hoping to be able to eat outside and this was really disappointing!
BBQ is propane, not charcoal. We spent money on charcoal and didn’t need it. BBQ tools were left outside and covered in rust.
Air conditioning needs to be cleaned - registers and returns were black with dust.
The pictures of the property need to be updated. MANY houses have been built around this property and we were expecting peace and quiet based on the photo of the house. Interior of house looks different as well.
We arrived and didn’t have detergents for appliances, so we had to buy our own, because management basically told us they would not be providing, even though they were responsible for it.
Wi-fi was awful. TV went out many times because of it and it could not support multiple devices.

The AC was cold, the home was reasonably clean,good sleeping arrangements, could improve with a second king bed in second bedroom and sleeper sofa, stay was quiet, not far from the beach

The area
We called management company 5-6 times internet and tv did not work so we didn’t have phone service. They even says they reimburse me I message them didn’t hear back from them
