Location, house was nice
There were roaches all over the kitchen. We tried to cook, and it was just too gross to cook because they would come out of drawers and even crawled up cabinets.

Location was awesome. Beautiful house. Very homey feeling. Beautiful view to the beach.
Furniture needs adjusting. Kitchen chair legs and stools had loose legs. 3 critters in the kitchen area might need fumigation. Cleaning person can do alot better. Sand was felt on couches. Dirty rug. Nail sticking oit in the middle of the steps to 2nd floor.

Location was great.
Drawers in the master bedroom are broken, blood stains on mattress, dirty socks on the balcony. Pool has no code, people from outside, not living there, just come in and use it, parked in our driveway.
