The simplicity. Hence it being vintage Balcony Owner is very polite and respectful as well as English. Speaking which is a plus
I'm not sure if this applies to all rooms but the bed room didn't have an AC but did have a heating unit

good location, nice host, moderately clean, sufficient facilities for 2 nights, nice living room and balcony.
kitchen and bathroom not as clean as they could be, nor as well fitted as they could be. It felt a bit on the cheap side in these two places. Also the bed was not very comfortable and the wardrobe's doors were kind of broken. Not too bad all in all, but not excellent either.
