l'endroit très bien , très bien localisé , le logement au top , propreté aussi comme il fallait, le jardin très agréable, le fait que c'était très proche d el amer c'était vraiment top
2 points très négatif: 1- le supplément pour les draps et le linge de lit ce n'est pas du tout inscrit dans le descriptif et ce n'est que après le paiement qu'il y a le détail et je trouve que des draps et serviette sont un minimum dans un logement et 2- la piscine qui est ouverte qu'à partir d'une certaine date et ça aussi ce n'est pas dans le descriptif et nous avons l'info qu'après le paiement

Gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere und neuwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Ein kleiner Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden. Die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig. Dives-sur-Mer hat ein authentisches Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf und ist Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad nach Cabourg, Merville, Viller, Houlgate.
Leider war trotz Nachfrage kein Zugang zum verschlossenen Müllraum möglich. Geschäfte sind fußläufig nicht erreichbar (Bäcker/ Lebensmittelgeschäft ca. 1,5km entfernt).

Nice little house but not a particularly good location and needed a bit of maintenance!
The hassle of collecting the key from an office, no local information supplied. Minimum supply of toilet paper, no hand soap, no dishwasher tablets , no cleaning cloths, no washing up liquid. Food left in the fridge and rubbish in the bathroom bin.
