Very close to Disney springs about a 15 min walk, the fireworks room was amazing for viewing Epcot fireworks at 9pm, very kid friendly with the breakfast and happy hour food including clean high chairs making our stay much more relaxing

Staff
The staff were generally helpful - Karla on the reception desk was kind and helpful. They also had balloons and a little hamper on my daughter’s birthday, which was really kind. The bus drivers to the park were very helpful and nice.
Cleanliness
What a joke. They do NOT clean the room every day. When I enquired it, I was informed that they offer a “refresher service every day and full service every other day”. It was not nice to come back to a room that had clearly only had the bed and towel changed and when you are there for 10 days, it starts becoming very uncomfortable. I complained to Kevin the manager and he said full service is offered when customers ask for it. I did ask but still did not get it. One member of staff even told me that there is a charge for full service which the manager later clarified that there was not. Never had I been in hotel that is not cleaned properly on a daily basis.
Breakfast
It is the worse breakfast I have ever experienced in my life. It is a disgrace that a hotel that claims to be 4 stars serves such mediocre poor quality food to people. They offer a free kick back snack option between 5.30 to 7.30 pm. Much better to get rid of that and offer a decent breakfast instead. No ham, no cheese, disgusting sausages, only apples, oranges and bananas, the cheapest quality of cereal/yoghurt/ butter, just GROSS. I have travelled extensively all over the world and stayed at many 3,4 and 5 star hotels. This was by far, the WORSE breakfast I have ever experienced. Cheap, nasty, poor quality.
Room
On our second day at the hotel, the room next door clearly the guests were having an argument - there were a lot of swearing - m……f…..g, f….k words used. Then the guests proceeded to having really loud sexual intercourse. I was travelling with two young children and the hotel knew I was travelling on my own with two young children as I had specifically said that I wanted a nice room as we would be in America for my daughter’s birthday and informed them that sadly, my husband a medic could not join. And yet, they put us in an interconnecting room- I felt so unsafe that night. When I complained, I was told management would check how I was doing in the morning and no one...
