The best thing about the property was the water park.
When we arrived the place was completely filthy. We messaged the owner and he sent the cleaning staff to come clean the house. The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly. The game room had a horrible mold smell.

The home was cleaner than most vacations home I have been in. The location was great because they have a shopping center right across the street with a Publix! Even though we weren’t able to utilize the on site water park it was good to know it was there.
The home had a roach problem in the kitchen and most of the remotes in the bedrooms didn’t work. Even with those issues the home was decent.

The size of the home and price
The bed on the 1st floor was on the floor. Thing king room upstairs bed was not stable. The living room set upstairs had tape on the arms where I guess it was tore
