Emplacement proche commerces, gare et centre-ville. Très pratique si on a pas de voiture. Studio très propre et fonctionnel, avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires.
J'ai eu quelques nuisances sonores liées à l'installation de fenêtres chez le voisin d'après ce que m'a expliqué le propriétaire. Pas de chance pour moi ! Sinon le studio est bien placé en arrière-cour, ce qui évite les bruits de la rue (ce qui est un réel atout car il y a de nombreux travaux à Vichy en ce moment.) .
