We booked for one night to fly home the next morning. The owner was very friendly and we had no problems with booking into the property. The location is close to the airport and also not to far from touristy places like Saigon Square and Taka Plaza. We used Grab to get around. There are loads of local food places within walking distance.
The rooms where clean and we had everything we need.
The shower did not have a curtain or glass separating it from the rest of the bathroom, so things did get a bit wet. We did have to take our luggage up the stairs, like other people mention, but they did help us with carrying it upstairs.

Staffs are super nice and friendly

Near the airport
Not soundproof , so in early morning we woke up by the noise on the street.
No elevator so if you have many luggages you can leave on staffs room.

Great value for money, very clean, very kind host who assisted me through a few booking problems I created. Recommend this stay for anyone leaving via Ho Chi Minh airport without reservation.
A little hard to find but my history assisted with that no problem
