Good location between beach and waterway. Rooms could have used air fresheners, which we purchased. Door hard to lock and had to get neighbor to help.

The location was good, access beach was easy enough. Spacious. Safe environment.
The locals were very unwelcoming, gave us a "get off my turf" look at all the lagoons facilities...pool, dock, garage. The neighbors above us sounded like they rearranged furniture all night, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. You all are worried about visitors upsetting locals....might wanna get the locals in check...bc we paid good money to get away from the Karen's of the world to only meet them while trying to spend time with our family.

We loved the location. It’s a nice condo, very spacious , we had 6 adults in our group. The layout is great. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the large balcony/porch is fantastic. There are plenty of beach things available for use (boogie boards, chairs, sand toys).
There was a dead bird that had been ripped to shreds in front of the door. We were told earlier in the week we could possibly check in at 2, when we arrived we were told the owner doesn’t allow earlier check in. Totally understandable but just say that from the beginning. We were a group, we had 3 cars and had to park one of them miles away for overnight parking. We would have gladly paid $25 a night to park in a visitors parking spot on the property. The “security” person was extremely rude. As we were unloading the cars he was taking pictures of tags and we he told us we couldn’t even park in a visitors parking spot, we knew there were only 2 passes, however we were unloading the car because we were checking in 😳. He said he would not be so nice when he came back.
