Готель розташований в спокійному районі. Не самий центр, але за 10 хв. зупинка транспорту.

Готель знаходиться на першому ( цокольному) поверсі, досить новий, чиста постіль, тепла підлога у душі але дуже багато незручностей
Вікна номера виходили на хвіртку, вихід з ЖК, то постійно ходять люди , розмовляють, сміються, спілкуються телефоном, короче постійний двіж! У санвузлі немає місця для речей, заходиш з косметичкою і так маєш її тримати у руках, навіть зубну щітку нема куди поставити!Брали номер з двома окремими ліжками, дуже вузенькі, одне ліжко під вікном, продовжується деревʼяним підвіконням, ще й дує з вікна добряче! Тому не раджу, якщо любите комфорт, якщо на ніч переспати- то ок! А ще вказано , що сніданок коштує 100 гр- то це не правда, тільки капучино коштує 70 грн
