otel 6 San Pedro My friend was able to park within the block of the motel on the same side of the street as the motel within the same block as the motel. The neighborhood appeared safe enough that my friend’s 6 and 8 year old kids got out of the car and played on the sidewalk with their parents while my husband and I checked into the motel. There are stairs to enter the motel. Once inside, we were pleasantly greeted by the hotel staff who were busy helping another customer. After showing my identification, the staff was able to quickly locate my reservation and I was given a key card which I was warned to keep away from mobile phones because it deactivates the key card. Upon entry to room 209, I was pleased to see the air conditioner was already turned on. It was almost 100 degrees outside so, arriving to the a/c all the way up was very thoughtful of the staff. The room looked like the photos. We checked the room to make sure there shower, faucet, toilet, tv, and lights worked. No bed bugs. Bed was firm and comfortable. Curtain was thoughtfully drawn for privacy. At the end of the hall outside of our room were open windows due to the heat. I could see several men playing a friendly game of handball outside. Then, I noticed that the handball court was part of a public park that had other exercise equipment and a playground with a slide. After settling in, we left our friends car and walked with our friends and their kids 3 blocks to Raffaelo Ristorante. We all enjoyed the restaurant. We felt safe walking back to the hotel in the dark. Back in our room, I did some sink laundry and took a shower. The pressure was strong and the temperature warmed up quickly. We slept well, no disturbances. I opened the curtain to beautiful trees from the neighborhood and the park where people were already walking their dogs. Checkout was simple, just turn over the card.

It's okay for a night to connect with your cruise. US$74 taxi fare from LAX. Although the driver expected a generous tip. I'd stay here again.

A clean basic property within walking distance to the Port of Los Angeles cruise terminal. Within walking distance to the Royal Caribbean pier. It's all you need for a night to connect with your cruise.

Room is very broken, no toiletries, no bedside lights, toilet pee smell is bad, weed smell if you neighbour do that throughout the night, lots of hair on the floor corner.
