Very clean location did have some Visual Homeless directly in front of the establishment as well as directly in front of our room window at ground level. No security for parking and with high homeless occurrence ut was slightly daunting for a single mom with kids. Vending machines took my money and provided zero drink and snack items selected. The Front desk offered zero assistance. Didn’t place and outta order notice . So I used the room stationary and placed a warning noticed for any potential customers looking for refreshments and snacks. But the notice was quickly removed by staff. And that was extremely offensive. I only lost 8 dollars but when parking is $20 for 1 night with zero security it really starts to add up!! So that didn’t leave me or my family with a good impression of the establishment so I’m not about to recommend this location to anyone ; especially to a single parent on a budget.

Room was clean but in need of repairs. Hallways and the rest of the hotel was dirty carpets in hallways need to be replaced, and smelled. The staff were rude, and short with us when checking in. Location is great if going on a cruise out of la. The food in the area was excellent.
