    Cleanness was on negative side as there were cockroach/ bad bugs in the room . Room size was small according to what they are charging for one day (12 hours) . Staff was not getting anything as they don’t know English . AC needed repair and to remote was missing. After asking only they provide us quilt….. so many issues . We paid 3200 rs. For 12 hours and did not get any facilities like it should be.

    I strongly recommend avoiding booking through Agoda for this hotel. The prices listed on their website are misleading and do not reflect the actual cost you end up paying. In my experience, the rates shown were completely unrealistic compared to what the hotel itself offers. When I checked directly with the hotel’s official website, the pricing was much more reasonable and transparent. To avoid unnecessary confusion or overpaying, it’s far better to book directly with the hotel rather than relying on Agoda. “Usually, booking through online travel apps gives you a cheaper price compared to booking directly with the hotel. However, in this case, it was the complete opposite. The price shown on Agoda was misleading and much higher than the actual rate offered by the hotel. This feels very misleading to customers. I strongly recommend not booking through Agoda for this property—always verify prices with the hotel directly before making a reservation.

    My wife and mother in law stayed there. cockroach were on bed, blanket provided has a fire hole in it, room was not clean properly and toilet was not at all clear even after regular complain. breakfast serve was cold, tasteless and serve in an unhygienic, non professional manner
