Localizzazione in zona residenziale, piacevole, piena di servizi (panetterie, pasticcerie, minimarket, bar e ristoranti) e in prossimità dell'Alameda de Hercules. Stanze moderne, spaziose e pulite. Ideale per chi cerca comodità e funzionalità.
Piccolo inconveniente con l'aria condizionata e con qualche infisso che poi è stato risolto. Pur trovandosi in palazzo storico, l'interno è moderno e non ha lo charme del patio andaluso.

Sehr gepflegtes, schönes Apartment. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß, es gibt aber eine Busverbindung (Linie 3/6) in ca. 7minütiger Entfernung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
Zentrale Regelung der Klimaanlage ist nicht ganz ideal. Der Wasserdruck in der hinteren Dusche ist sehr schwach

The location was good. The ability to to get taxis ok the beds were ok washer and dryer good.
Owner response none existent! no wifi,unable to reach owner for password. Messages bounced back by booking .com. Freezer leaked into fridge. Master shower was plugged. No instructions to use house products like coffee pot.
