Cumplió con las expectativas. Buena ducha y cocina completa. Cama cómoda, recomendable.
El ascensor del edificio es muy pequeño, pero es un tema ajeno al depto en sí mismo. Si bien tiene terraza muy bonita, no recomendaría comer allí porque atacan las gaviotas jajaja es un tema menor igual.

La amfitriona era molt agradable, ens va deixar entrar abans i fins i tot ens va aconsellar llocs on menjar molt bons. Terrassa molt ample i amb vistes. Apartament petit però acollidor.
Una mica mes petit del que semblava a les fotos. Neteja molt bona però faltava escombrar.

Die Wohnung an sich ist super süß und gemütlich. Die Gegend auch für alleinreisende perfekt. Ganz nah am Zentrum, trotzdem nicht so laut. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Das Bett war gemütlich, alles war sauber.
Große Fenster und Türen zur Terrasse, einfach verglast, die Wand nicht isoliert. Drinnen war genauso kalt wie draußen. Es ließ sich auch durch die kleine Stromheizung nicht warm machen. Also entweder was unternehmen oder im Bett bleiben im Winter😊

Joanne the owner is great. kitchen is nice.
The location area is rather run down. The neighborhood improves with a 2 block walk The place can get quite cold in winter. It's actually a studio not what we would say is an apartment. The electric heater takes a long time to heat up the studio. Not recommended during winter windows not insulated. First night we had a power failure that lasted about 4 hours in the area. Noise from planes, trains and 24 hr street traffic is a problem for light sleepers.
