About this apartment rental
Apartment-style triplex, comfortable, bright and fully equipped. On the top floor you can enjoy a terrace with panoramic views of the city center.
The apartment consists of 3 floors:
Floor 1. Are located 2 bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom.
2nd floor. A large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 toilet.
Floor 3: A glass room with terrace.
The housing is located on the street Santa Catarina, one of the most famous and cosmopolitan streets of Porto. The city center is nearby as well as metro stations, Trinidad and Marquis, the latter a 5 minute walk.

Price for 2 people. € 15 per person extra.

The cancellation of the reservation, once processed the same result in the following costs:
4 weeks before arrival date 10% of the booking deposit.
Two weeks before the arrival date 50% of the booking deposit.
1 week prior to arrival 100% of the booking deposit.

Sergio met us at the apartment and he was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is lovely, very spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there. Because it was raining we didn’t get to use the beautiful terrace upstairs but the other rooms were warm and cosy. It was a great base for visiting all the sights of Porto and there were some very good restaurants nearby, and a number of shops that stay open very late. Sergio and Paula were great communicators. Thanks for everything.

We had a delightful stay in Paula’s and Sergio’s lovely apartment! It was equipped with everything (& more!) we needed and was in a good central location — and communication with the 2 of them was great. On top of everything else, Sergio created a fantastic map that includes several walking tours; I only wish we’d had enough time to take full advantage of this added resource!

Good location for ease of travel to lots of destinations. Fabulous apartment, with a quirky charm. Paula and Sergio were great hosts. I would definately stay there again

We appreciated Paula's availability when we arrived and the information she provided. She was really nice and helpful.
The apartment is perfectly located, just a 5 to 10 minutes walk from Porto's historical center.
The apartment is nice and has a unique cachet, but needs a serious cleanup. Dust everywhere, dirty rugs in the bathroom, the bedroom and in the living room, sofa and cussions not inviting due to the lack of cleanliness, sticky kitchen cupboards, dirty plates. Most annoying detail : bugs under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom near the kitchen.
It looks like the cleaning company is only doing the strick necessary between rentals. I can understand all the positive comments that appear in the guest comments book found in the dining room, but unless the points above are corrected, I would not recommend this apartment for now.
Overall, this apartment has a lot of potential and Paula is a great host.
We enjoyed Porto !
