Santi Garden Bungalows

We lived our stay here. Idyllic quiet location a few metres from the turquoise blue sea and nicely shaded by trees. Lovely big balcony overlooking the sea with a hammock. Our superior room had air conditioning which was welcome as it’s hot and humid. The bathroom was clean and adequate with a good warm shower. The owner is helpful and arranged taxi pick up and delivery to the ferry port for us. Also provided information to help book fishing trips which were great fun and reasonably priced. There are nice little beaches within walking distance and you can swim from Olala jetty. Snorkelling is amazing there with fantastic visibility and lots of fish. We went scuba diving at Sea Safari Diving Centre which was an amazing experience and would highly recommend the professional team there and the range of diving opportunities. Neighbouring Olala restaurant is about 50m away where you can get breakfast, lunch etc. Food is very good but service can be a bit slow there. There are also other good options within close walking distance. This is a beautiful paradise with very low key tourism and friendly helpful people. I hope it remains like this.

I would say santi bungalow is one of the best place to stay in iboih, pulau sabang. The rooms are clean, comfortable, towels smells good. The staffs are very good..very helpfull and acked fast to the customer needs esp Mr Robi and Mr Paris. Keep up the good work..I would stay here again if i come to sabang next time. Recommended.

A bit hassle to go to the beach area..maybe can build jetty or stairs from the property itself

That it didn’t have its own restaurant maybe that will come in the future. Next doors restaurant was a lovely setting and 10 metres away however! Wasn’t overly impressed with their food, pricing, or speed of service though tbh.

Lovely bungalows with gorgeous landscaping around them. Really helpful and friendly owner (Robi). Would recommend going for bungalows with aircon. Short walk to local beach. Great hammock too while away the hours with a good book.
