The accommodation (New ShalalaLiving Vienna - Cosy Home Meidlinger Markt KG12) is spacious and comfortable. The heating system worked very well and it kept me warm during my stay. The hot water in the shower was very good. All the facilities provided were great, especailly the gas hob and nespresso coffee machine that you could prepare meals and make coffees at your convenience. Local area has several supermarkets where you could purchase groceries. Meidlinger Market is just couple minutes walk away, which is an authentic Viennese market that offers fresh produce, delicious street food in a relaxed environment. Schönbrunn palance is in close proximity, which is a great tourist attraction to explore for a day trip. I want to praise the host on the effective communication because the host would provide all the key information on key collection and check with the guest regarding the condition of accommodation. The host would provide a reply on my message as quickly as possible. In one instance, the WiFi system was not working in the evening and I messaged the host about this issue. The host provided practical solution to fix the WiFi system and the internet service was back on. It is located in the 12th district of Vienna and is well connected by various modes of public transport because it is close to Wien Meidling Train Station, Niederhofstraße subway station, Schedifkaplatz and Bahnhof Meidling Tram Stop. The transport system is very reliable and I can access Vienna city centre within 20 minutes.

Overall, the accommodation is fantastic and I absolutely enjoyed my times there.

Mirno, čisto, funkcionalno. Objekat je opremljen svim potrebnim aparatima.

Nije nam se dopalo to što se svaku noć u ponoć isključuje internet. Nismo primetili da ima klima uređaj. Malo je udaljeno od prevoza.

Die Ferienwohnung war insgesamt gut und sauber gepflegt. Für unseren Aufenthalt in Wien hat sie vollkommen ausgereicht. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung und man hat sich grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit und der gepflegte Zustand der Wohnung.

Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch: Wenn man den Parkplatz mitbucht, sollte man besser ein kleineres Auto haben, da es recht eng ist. Außerdem war der Backofen leider nicht besonders gut. Im Wohnzimmer fehlen Vorhänge bzw. Möglichkeiten zum Abdunkeln, sodass es nachts bzw. morgens recht hell ist. Das Internet könnte ebenfalls stabiler und schneller sein.
