House was having plenty of space and location has space for you to run around
So this is Nongsa village. And this entity advertised as "nongsa village peaceful villa" seperate management from Nongsa village,
So I travelled with a 18 month kid. We stay 3 days,
They pick and drop you to villa when checking and checkout , village is very big , they have buggies but you need to rent a day 35 sgd per day 4 seater, and even cot. There is no place to eat here you have to take a boat paid to different place, this is good if you bring all with you and place is very far from any super market.
Place is relax but its very inconvieniet

Everything... All clean and cosy, the unit had everything up to a dish washer, Oliver Assist us well
Mosquitoes, but they equipped the unit with 3 large insects spray..once I spray it then can sit at alfesco

It is near by the beach
Although beside the beach, not accessible to the beach. The villa is very far from the reception lobby ant not provided buggy. Need to hire day by day.
