House is relatively new. Quiet, safe with 24 hr security. Great view of golf course and the horizon. Near beach and restaurant at golf resort (walkable distance). Owner is very responsive and customer service oriented.

the facilities at the main apartment building are quite decent especially the sky park.
the house cleanliness needs to improve; there is a lot of ants and dust at the ground floor. The kitchen utensils wanst clean too as we use it to cut some fruits and prepare breakfast, the tablecloth is also a concern to use as it looks dirty.
