The Plantations at Princeville Resort is a gem on Kauai’s North Shore! Within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and world-class golf, it’s just a short drive to picturesque Hanalei Bay. This peaceful complex features beautifully landscaped grounds with vibrant flora!
Plantations at Princeville #821 is a lovely top-floor condominium among swaying palm trees, overlooking the resort-style pool. You’ll enjoy the large, covered lanai with oversized patio furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This desirable top floor offers cooling trade-winds and stunning sunset views!
Step inside to a large, inviting common area that connects all spaces seamlessly. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining, with a clean and refreshing bright white palette and ocean blue accents. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and abundant windows illuminate the home and allow for excellent circulation of Kauai’s cooling tradewinds, along with central air conditioning.
The comfortable living area features island-style wood furniture and modern decor for a tropical vibe. Enjoy cozy movie nights with an ideally placed corner entertainment system. The adjacent dining area has a large wood table set for six.

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas 2021. The three bedroom condo was perfect for our family including two young adult daughters and my mom. The place was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and we were all very comfortable. The management was responsive when we needed a couple of small items (extra blanket, coffee grinder). The condo does not have its own grill but we used the ones in the common area, which worked out great.
The condo is close to everything we needed and wanted in Kauai. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Perfect location for our family. We enjoyed the pool and listening to the waterfall from the amazing lanai! Clean and very well equipped with any and all needs for our stay. Great communication both before and during our vacation.

My two daughters and their husbands, with one granddaughter stayed at 821 Plantation at Princeville. We so much enjoyed our condo, everyone seemed to move in, and the space was ours. The condo was immaculately clean with clear instructions on how and what to do. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and the BBQ's were used quite a bit. If there is a negative of the space, was the parking. We had two vehicles and had to shuffle them from garage to driveway. Nothing horrible at all, maybe a space close by could have been a better solution for us. I would definitely book again !!!

The rental property was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone had plenty of room and the floor plan was very open. The decor is classic Hawaiian wood mixed with bright white and blue. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The deck overlooking the pool was a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The grounds are well kept and lush! The pool and BBQs are maintained and cleaned daily. The rental is in a great spot with easy access to several beaches, the Princeville Center, and Hanalei. Although we didn’t use them, there are several beach chairs, umbrellas, and various pool toys in the garage. Overall, this was the best rental property we have ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend it!
