Spacious, clean and well-appointed.
A little noisy - but expected it as Rehoboth in peak season has a lot of traffic.

The condo was great! When we arrived, there was a problem with the water heater so we called Jason. He had his maintenance person there in 15 minutes and he corrected the situation promptly. Wonderful response. We had a very nice stay and would stay there again.

Easy access with great instructions. Fantastic property, comfy beds, selection of coffees, very clean, supplied all amenities, and quiet location.
A few miles from the beach, but they do supply a parking pass for you to use when going into Rehoboth.

The location was perfect, right near great restaurants and the Tanger Outlets.
We had a nice time at the Condo, however it smelled like a dog or cat had sprayed themselves somewhere in the bathroom and large bedroom on the carpet area and it was a strong smell. I also left my cellphone charger in the wall by the bed by the blue light, is it possible to have this mailed to me. Please advise, thanks. Denise Y Sanders 85 Bay Hill Rd Magnolia, Delaware 19962
