Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé, situé proche des sites touristiques, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de petits commerces.
L’isolation, on entend beaucoup les passages dans la rue, mais en vacances on vit au rythme du pays donc on s’y habitue.

La comunicación con el propietario siempre fue súper fluida, muy agradable y servicial. El piso tenía una ubicación estupenda, en pleno centro histórico de Sevilla. El apartamento también estuvo listo unas horas antes y pudimos hacer uso del parking (18€ el día) justo al llegar.
Hubo un problema con el agua caliente. No habíamos hecho uso aún y duró menos de 3 minutos. Cierto es que nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario y rápidamente intentó poner solución. Sin embargo, esto ha bajado bastante nuestra reseña. El colchón del cuarto de matrimonio era muy duro, bastante incómodo, y las almohadas muy bajas. El piso en general está viejo, aunque bien acondicionado.
