Loved being on the bottom floor so I could walk out my back door to the pool! The decor of the place was very pretty. I loved the fountain.

The lady at the front desk was rude when asked about buying an extra parking pass for my son-in-law. She told him he couldn’t park there and had to park 10 mins away. He asked which was closer and she was like I don’t know with an attitude. Hello you live here we don’t. I was able to quickly message the person I booked through and she sent me another link to purchase his parking pass. You need a longer mat going out to the beach. It’s a really long walk from the building especially for someone with back and knee problems. I only went to the beach 2 of the 7 days we were there. There were too many unsupervised kids in the hot tubs the one time I attempted to go.

the window in the bedroom by the hall could use blinds that keep more light out. i'm a light sleeper. still very nice

Beautiful property, condo and location.

They locked us out of the room one hour early and we were outside with our phones inside the condo. We were able to get in from the back as luckily we had the sliding glass door unlocked... So we were able to continue our packing but the lockout delayed us.

The location was superb. Walk right out of the room and to the pool or onto the beach. Close to everything you need & the beach location couldn’t have been better. Facilities were amazing and we will be back!

The beds were super uncomfortable, mattresses specifically. The living room tv backlight was out, so it was just “blue screen” for the kids tv time, which was a bit frustrating, but other than that - it was great!
