Great location in Cittadella
No communication from the host whatsoever - no check in information, no replies to emails, no answer of calls. There was a helpful lady, who wasn’t the owner & didn’t speak English, who did her best. Absolutely not good enough - no service provided. Additionally, the included breakfast was revolting. Pre-packaged food that had been there & reused over & over and never replaced. Shriveled up fruit that was never replenished during our stay & a limit of 1 coffee per person from the machine. Just awful.
