Perfect location, lots of seating and space in lounge and kitchen area for families. Super quiet spot right in the heart of Seminyak.
The only thing we had to be mindful of was the immediate step down at the front gate into the property but that really wasn’t too big a deal.

Perfect location, walkable to bars/restaurants in Seminyak. Even though the bars are close it is quite in the night to sleep. The hostes and driver of the villa are really kind and helpful.

Good location and big beautiful pool and great kitchen facilities, not that we used them, but nice to have the option.
The pillows were hard and big, neck was sore in the mornings.
Night club noise wasn't too bad, just hear the bass, opens at 10pm -2am.. but I can sleep though anything.

Awesome spot to get around in Seminyak with either a walk away or taxi ride !
Pool was great and the rooms were nice and cool !
Nothing really the nightclub noise isn’t that bad and didn’t disturb sleep but that what you get if you the heart of Seminyak.
