The property is at a very convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, laundry and public transport.
There was some trash left under the bed from previous guests. Other than that, everything was okay.

I didnt have breakfast.
Everything was satisfactory and the staff did their very best. The staff were the best aspect including the cleaning staff. They are did their absolute best.

It felt very local and it was in a quiet area of Giza not too touristy, but semi touristy and everything is super convenient around this hotel keep in mind. This is a very small room, but if you’re someone who is moving throughout the city and mainly prioritizing it for sleep then it works great. The staff speak English and are very polite and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend for someone on a budget and trying to get the most out of Tokyo.

Staff helpful although they only there a short duration of the day.
Close proximity to pretty good food and shopping.
Was given the smallest room although I have indicated 2 pax.
Our travelling partner who is only 1 pax, his room was bigger.
Toilet have only turning space, and toilet flushing not ideal and have smell.
So is Entrance/room area, no space to even open luggage

"The location is great, just 10 minutes walk from Ginza and the Tokyo Station. You have nearby 7 Eleven, just 5 minutes walk and good restaurants around, but I didn't have the chance to try any."
