Alles in Ordnung

The air conditioner. Cleaness.
Location. Too far from the city centre and from the beach if you do not have a car. The nearer buses run until 8 pm, so after that the only option is to pay a 25 euro taxi to go to the centre or return from the beach. All the taxis in Olbia charge that, even if you are doing a short trip, so you end up expending far too much in a taxi.
